Volunteering with Gift of Fitness is a rewarding way to benefit the community and work with others who share your concerns. Opportunities include:

    • Assisting with an event, such as our upcoming open house
    • Hosting a small gathering in your home to introduce others to Gift of Fitness
    • Serving on committees
    • Helping us to create community partnerships
    • Helping out with any particular skill you may have

Health and fitness professionals are welcome to donate their time in numerous ways:

    • Nurses and other medical personnel — Helping with blood pressure and blood sugar screenings
    • Nutrition professionals and other practitioners — Speaking to a wellness class
    • Certified trainers — Donating time to teach Pilates, Zumba® Fitness, or other specialized fitness class
    • Personal trainers — Donating time to work with participants
